Meet the Coach Who's Been Where You Are
I'm Jillian, and I know what it's like to have everything on paper and still feel like something's off.
For a long time, I was the girl who did everything she was supposed to do. I built the career. I checked the boxes. I created the life that looked good from the outside. And I told myself to be grateful and not ask for more. I dismissed the tiny whisper inside me that kept saying something is missing.
Then came the moment I will never forget.
I was 35, standing in my basement surrounded by moving boxes. I opened one and found a folder I had unknowingly carried with me for years. A business plan I had written in my twenties. A wellness center. Coaching. Teaching. Speaking. Helping women reconnect to themselves.
I sat on the floor and cried. Because the truth hit hard. I had always known who I was. I had always known what I was meant for. I had just become very good at abandoning myself to be who I thought I should be.
That moment was my turning point.
I stopped asking what I should do. I started asking what felt true. I did the deeper work on identity, beliefs, and self-concept, and rebuilt my business and my life from alignment instead of expectation.
