But the truth is, this work didn’t begin as a business idea or a coaching framework.

It started with a moment that completely stopped me in my tracks.

At 35, I had everything I was supposed to want. The job, the house, the husband, the kids. From the outside it looked like I had built a beautiful life. And in many ways I had. But somewhere along the way I had become disconnected from myself.

One afternoon, while unpacking boxes after moving back to my hometown, I found something I had completely forgotten about. It was a business plan I had written in my twenties. Inside it, I had outlined a vision for a wellness center where I would be a motivational coach.

I remember sitting on the floor and crying.

Not because I didn’t know who I was. But because I did. And I had buried that version of myself under practicality, responsibility, and what made sense.

That moment changed everything.

Instead of asking what I should do next, I started asking what felt true.

I began doing the deeper work. Not just business strategy, but identity work. Self concept. Beliefs. The quiet stories I had been living inside for years without ever questioning them.

As I began reconnecting with myself, everything else started to shift too. My relationship with my work. My marriage. My motherhood. The way I approached success and the way I built my businesses.

And to be clear, I was not new to business.

I have been an entrepreneur for more than two decades. Over the years I have started, built, and sold multiple businesses, and alongside my husband I helped build a multimillion dollar real estate company.

I know what it means to grow something from the ground up. I know the pressure, the ambition, the long hours, and the drive it takes to create real success.

But what I learned through my own journey is that success alone is not the goal. If the business you are building costs you your health, your relationships, or your peace, something is out of alignment.

That realization is what ultimately shaped the work I do today.

Today I help high-achieving women and entrepreneurial mamas build businesses that support their lives instead of quietly taking them over.

Businesses that generate income and impact while still leaving space for health, connection, presence, and joy.

Because success that costs you your life is not success.

A life-first business is built from the inside out. It honors your health, protects your relationships, and allows for ambition without constant chaos or pressure. It creates wealth without demanding your peace in return.
