MY STORY
At 35, I had everything I was supposed to want. The job. The house. The husband. The kids. And I still felt disconnected from myself.
On paper it made sense. From the outside it looked good. But internally I knew something wasn’t fully aligned.
One day, unpacking boxes after moving back to my hometown, I found a business plan I had written in my twenties. It was for a wellness center. A space where I was going to be a motivational coach.
I remember sitting on the floor and crying.
Not because I didn’t know who I was. But because I did. And I had buried her under practicality, responsibility, and what made sense.
That moment changed everything.
I stopped asking what I should do. I started asking what felt true.
I did the deeper work on identity, beliefs, and self-concept. I rebuilt my business and my life from alignment instead of expectation.
And what I found is this. When a woman sources her power from within, everything shifts.
Now I help high-achieving women and entrepreneurial mamas do the same.
