Where to start?!? Yet again, what an incredible few days! Words can’t express, or prepare you for how you’ll walk away from Jillian’s retreats. It’s my second time attending, and each time I had very different experiences, yet moving and life-changing . As women, we often don’t take the time to think about ourselves, our dreams, and what we really want for our lives. Jillian provides the perfect setting to check out and truly focus on YOU. She pushes you to dive deep, reflect, release things that might be holding you back, and truly discover the importance of choosing ourselves in order to show up as our true and best selves in all aspects of our lives. All of this while being surrounded by the most amazing and supportive women. You truly leave feeling changed and forever connected, to yourself and the other women.
